How Many People Does Your Property Allow? We regularly have events in numbers of less than 20 spanning to more than 400! Between our several properties, we can discuss the perfect space for your unique event and ensure that everyone has a great time!

Can I Visit the Property? Absolutely! We're sure that once you see our property, you'll find it to be the perfect place for your Event! To schedule a site visit, email our events department at events@texastrailrides.com!

Can I Get a Quote? Yes! Once we've met with you over the phone to discuss what you're looking for, we can get to work on a quote. Because each event is so unique, we often do have to contact vendors for pricing, so quotes will be sent within about a week.

Can I Rent Out the Property? If you're looking to plan and host your own party or event but just need the space to do it, we offer property rentals to groups of certain sizes. But if you're looking to include some amazing activities, have delicious catering, hire a dedicated staff, and ensure that everything goes off with a bang, consider letting us provide some assistance!

Do You Do Off-Property Events? Yes! If you've already got a great event space but would like to include some of the unique things that we offer for your guests, we can travel locally. Ask to see if we can travel to your event's location!

Do You Provide Transportation? If you've got too many people to carpool, we have several options for transportation that we can arrange.

What Are Your Refund/Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies? All of our policies will be sent to you in your event contract. Please be sure to read it thoroughly before signing as our event policies differ from the policies of our regular activities.
